Women and Success – The Survey Results are in!
IVY conducted a survey to determine how women viewed their success in the workplace; including the driving factors to their success and the sacrifices they felt they made to become successful. This white paper provides an overview of the results. Additionally, these women contributed hundreds of write-in comments and stories that are not included in this report.
