WOMEN AND SUCCESS

How much does gender impact how women define success…and what is required to achieve it?  In t his interactive session, participants will explore how women define success in the workplace, including the key drivers and the sacrifices that may be required to achieve it.  Participants will also learn how to build their personal roadmaps to achieving success their way. 
 
Based on Ivy Planning Group’s 2009 Women and Success Study and recent research on the changing workplace, this interactive workshop provides the awareness and tools women need to find fulfillment and success in today’s workplace. 
 
Each participant receives a Participant Workbook and the Women and Success Personal Action Planning Guide, a tool that helps them to build their Personal Success Roa dmap.
