Smith Sr. who was honored at the Minority Business & Professionals Network Inc.’s (MBPN) 8th Annual National Awards Gala 2006 as one of “Fifty Influential Minorities in Business.”  Fifty individuals from the corporate, federal and small business community who have made significant contributions to the country’s economy were honored.

Ivy joins Wake Forest Business School Summer Program.   Ivy Senior Partner Gary A. Smith Sr. shared insights into business and entrepreneurship with the 2006 It’s All About Business Class.  Often described as a “business boot camp,” this highly acclaimed program provides undergraduate students with a challenging course of core MBA classes.

State of Maryland Awards Master Contract to Ivy Planning Group! In a competitive process, Ivy Planning Group has been awarded a Master Contract for Management Consulting Services for the State of Maryland. Services include strategic and tactical planning; performance measurement; program management; business process reengineering; and organizational structure and alignment. Ivy was selected for its expertise and past performance in the public and private sectors. The five year contract is valued at up to $7 million.
